JAINITUOS ANIME REVIEWS – OSHI NO KO – MY FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Oshi No Ko (The Idol’s Children)

Genre: Drama, Supernatural, Idol

Studio Doga Kobo

Hello my Friends. Welcome to Another entry of my blog.

I have been very busy this month of April, because I have been working in book for the last weeks, and at the first days of April, I sufferes a pretty acute viral infection that left me in bed for almost a week, and finally, I am planning some holidays for July, so I got a lot of things to do.

Nonetheless, I have also a lot of time to watch some good anime, and prepare some good entries, including Demon Slayer: To The Swordsmith Village, Konosuba, Handyman Saitou, Buddy Daddies, Tomo-chan is a Girl, Hell’s Paradise, Engage Kiss, Maniac, Ranking of Kings, and some manga, including Dandadan, Goodbye Eri, Chainsaw Man part 2 . But right now, I am going to talk about.

OSHI NO KO

To be honest, I did not wanted to take too much time in this story, especially because I thought it wold be that special, but… Damn!!! After watching the first two episodes, and listening to the opening song, I said to myself.

“If I do not talk about Oshi no Ko soon, I will have a heart attack, or a coma.”

This is definitely one of the biggest surprises of anime, especially in 2023, I haven’t felt like this with an anime since Summer Time Rendering, which, by the way, I also made a review a year ago. Here is the link so you can check it out.

But first, I must ask you the typical question:

Are you guys ok? Feeling healthy?

If the answer is yes, then I am happy, now, let’s go to see the fight for the Idolhood (Is that even a word), with Oshi no Ko.

PREMISE

Oshi no Ko, 【推しの子】, is based on the manga written by Aka Akasaka. Yes… This Aka Akasaka!

And illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari, who wrote a peculiar manga called Scum’s Wish, which I hope I can review pretty soon.

Anyway, Oshi no Ko features Ai Hoshino, a very popular idol and main lead of the idol group called B-Komachi. In the recent days, Ai announced that she will be in hiatus, and the reason, believe it or not, is that she is pregnant. The identity of the father is unknown, at least for now. The point is that Ai is under the care of gynaecologist Gorou Amemiya, who is a fan of Ai and will conduct the delivery. Unfortunately, the night before the procedure, Gorou is murdered by a deranged fan of Ai.

Surprinsingly, Gorou reincarnates as one of the children of Ai, the other being a former patient of Gorou who was also a fan of Ai. That’s right. Ai had twins, Aquamarine “Aqua”, who is Gorou and retains the memories of his previous life, and Ruby.

After the babies are born, Ai balances her career as an idol and being a mother, with the help of her agent, Ichigo Saito, and his wife, Miyako. The three look after the twins, and both learn about the harsh reality and complexity of the life of the idols, still, all have a pretty decent life.

That is, until one day, four years after the delivery, the same fan that murdered Gorou…

…murders Ai in cold blood and commits suicide. The twins and the Saitou are devastated, until Aqua, through some deductions, concludes that the murderer was contacted by Ai’s partner, that is… the twins’ biological father.

From that moment, Aqua sets his plan to find his father and get revenge.

Aka Akasaka and Mengo Yokoyari released Oshi no Ko in April 23, 2020, two years before concluding Kaguya-sama: Love is War, and by April 30, on almost the third anniversary of this story, Oshi no Ko has eleven volumes. And the anime, produced by Doga Kobo (Say Yesterday for Me, Shikimori-san is not just a Cutie), started broadcasting on April 12, having released three episodes, each of them pretty good.

Finally, Oshi no Ko has absolutely, one of the best songs of 2023, called Idol, performed by Yoasobi. And believe me… The song rocks!!! It perfectly fits the superficiality, glamour, challenges and dark side of the idol world, but also the joy, energy and beauty of Japanese idols.

I have never felt this frenzied with an opening song since Kick-Back, from Chainsaw Man.

And I would share with you the whole opening, but that would do any justice to this fantastic song, so I will put both links, the TV version and the long version. Trust me, both are worth it.

STORY

Ok. It is time for me to be honest. I have no idea where to start for describing the story of Oshi no Ko. I am literally feeling like this.

I will start saying that I was… shocked. I was perplexed. Because I never expected for the same creator of Kaguya-Sama: Love is War to write such a dark story. I thought it will similar to the latter in everything, especially with such a colourful cover of the first volume

I am dead… freaking serious. However, then I realise that the same person who illustrated Oshi no Ko was the same one behind Scum’s Wish. But now, I see that is true, because the art style of both series is pretty similar.

Finally, some of my friends from the Anime Club just told me that they were heartbroken after watching the first episode. And for very good reasons.

Overall, episode one knows how to balance drama with comedy, starting with a really jovial and energetic Ai Hoshino leading the other idols from B-Komachi, then jumping to the scene of the hospital, with her being pregnant, and know more about Gorou Amemiya, who is a very introverted and reserved person, very logical to say the least, even after being reincarnated as Aqua, he maintains that trait of personality.

Furthermore, I think the story shifts the tone in the perfect moments, when Gorou is murdered by the obsessed fan, or during the murder of Ai. And I think the reason of that is that we already know the characters, their dreams, their struggles, their hopes, and their reasons for loving what they do, and we fall in love with them. Not literally, but we empathize with them, we want them to succeed in everything despite in some of the cases, the battle is lost, like the case of Sarina, Gorou’s patient who has practically been living in hospitals.

By the way, Sarina is Ruby.

And then, the first episode gives us a bit of a break when Aqua and Ruby are born, and then… Oh my Gosh!!! The best scene of all the anime. Look.

Seriously, I couldn’t stop laughing, and feeling comfy of how cute Aqua and Ruby were. And all they could say was…

One could thought that babies talking might take some credit to Episode one due to being so fantastic. But it didn’t. All the contrary. It really add to the story pretty well.

Then we get some quality time with Ai, Ruby, Aqua, Ichigo and Miyako, showing us the harsh reality of being an idol.

And finally…

All that in ninety minutes. I was longer than the first episode of Demon Slayer: To the Swordsmith Village.

Anyway. The story of Oshi No Ko is incredibly beautiful, well-paced, entertaining, heartbroken, and pretty enjoyable, in both happy and tragic moments.

CHARACTERS

What can I say about the characters. I think I already said that I needed to say, but I end up loving all of them.

Except Ai’s murderer.

But the rest are well constructed. Ai is an idol who wants to be with her children and maintain her reputation as an idol, Ruby is an optimistic girl eager to follow her mother’s footsteps, Aqua is an anti-hero that loves his family, but has questionable methods to show it, Miyako starts being jealous, but evolves into a supportive foster mother for the twins, Ichigo is the textbook manager who cannot avoid being a fan himself.

And before I forget to say, Gorou is a professional doctor, rational but well-intentioned, and Sarina, being aware of her condition, maintains an admirable spirit that is perfectly contagious.

And none of them feel artificial, all of them are organic and realistic, especially Ruby and Aqua after being born.

And the characters get better, even after the story gets darker, because, trust me, it does, the same happened with Scum’s Wish, and it will happen here.

But that will be for another time.

CONCLUSION

Oshi No Ko has proven to be one of the best anime of this spring/autumn of 2023, and has the potential of becoming one of the best anime of this year.

Will it succeed?

I think it will. But the impression that it left me with remain for quite a long time, and until we know the identity of the twins’ dad, we will be watching a pretty intense stories, like Scum’s Wish.

I cannot wait until I write my next entry, but for now, I will enjoy a bit of time with our greatest idol…

Mitsuri Kanroji.

See you my friends.

JAINITUOS ANIME REVIEWS – KONOSUBA (SEASON 1) – MY OWN IMPRESSIONS

Konosuba, God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World

Genre: Comedy, isekai

Studio: DEEN

Hello my friends.

Welcome to another review of my blog.

And I want to apologize for almost not writing during the month of March, but again, it was a very intensive and very productive month, for two reasons. The first one it is because… I am writing a book. Yes, and I have spent the entire month writing and proofreading the project, and it is because I wrote the book years ago, and I am trying to have it ready soon. Possibly in May or June.

There! I make the announcement.

The second reason is that I just got my Australian passport, and I did a lot of things that kept me from writing in my blog. Overall, it has been a very intense month, without mentioning that I did a lot of Transcendental Meditation.

Anyway. I have a new plan for April. And recently I saw the trailer of an anime that I was looking for. And that is…

And I am so excited about it. I love Megumin, and Chomusuke.

(picture of Kazuma and Aqua)

But before I watch that wonderful spin-off full of explosions, I will talk about that fantastic isekai comedy that started everything. And again, the title says it all. Here is…

(konosuba)

But before I start with my review, I must ask to all of you people, the same questions:

Are you guys ok? Feeling healthy?

If the answer is yes, then I am happy.

Now, let’s start with a big explosion with Konosuba.

PREMISE

Based on the wonderful light novel franchise written by Natsume Akatsuki, Konosuba: God’s Blessing on this Wondeful World, or Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku o!, tells the story of Kazuma Sato, a shut-in NEET who suffers a very embarrassing death; luckily, or unfortunately for him, he meets the goddess Aqua, who offers him the opportunity to reincarnate in another world, very similar to those he like to play on his videogames, that is of course… after Aqua reveals herself as idiotic and self-absorded makes fun of his demise. But, in a weird twist move, Kazuma chooses Aqua as his companion. Now stuck in a very useless goddess in the town of Axel, Kazuma recruits two members, Darkness, a well-endowed but masochistic paladin that fails every time she swings her sword, and Megumin, a delusional arch-mage that can only performs Explosion Magic, which also renders her useless after summoning it.

Realising how useless his companions are, and that the chances of defeating the Devil King, something that Aqua must do in order to go back to her throne, Kazuma does everything to have a very pleasant and luxurious lifestyle, but his moronic companions, and a lot of unfortunate cirncusmtances will be constantly forcing Kazuma to go into the adventure.

The author of Konosuba is Natsume Aktsuki, who also wrote Kemono Michi!! And Combatants Will be Dispatched, which I reviewed before. Here are the links so you can check out.

(link to Kemono Michi)

(link to Combatants will be Dispatched)

Akatsuki started writing Konosuba from October 1, 2013 to May 1, 2020, for a total of 17 volumes. And as of March, Konosuba has been adapting into two seasons, produced by Studio Deen, and a upcoming third season produced by Studio Drive.

Also, Konosuba has a very awesome cast, which I am very happy to remember without having to consult Wikipedia including Sora Asamiya (Spy Classroom, Call of the Night), Jun Fukishima (Tensei Slime), Ai Kayano (Sword Art Online:Alicization), and, as the amazing Megumin, the beautiful… Rie Takahashi (Tomo-chan is a Girl!)

And these two beautiful songs as the opening of the first and second season.

(link to the second op)

STORY

Oh my gosh!!! There is only one word that I will use fot the story of Konosuba. And that is… hysterical. Every single moment is incredibly hilarious, and everyone gives you a lot of memorable moments. And what is more impressive is that the story of Konosuba is pretty simple – Kazuma tries to survvie in Axel, Aqua does something stupid, Darkness brings out her masochism, and Megumin does an explosion.

By the way, there is a pretty hilarious song called Bakuretsu, Bakuretsu, La, la, la, that I personally recommend.

(link to Bakuretsu, bakuretsu)

And since the tone is more about comedy in Konosuba, unlike The Rising of the Shield Hero, Re: Zero, and Saga of Tanya the Evil, which are more dark fantasy, you can take it easy while watching every episode and enjoy the shenanigans of our idiot “heroes”, that is during the whole ten episodes of hilariousity. Of course there are moments in which our “heroes” go into adventure and have to face a really nefarious adversary, but these conflicts are either resolved in the most original and comical fashion possible, or have very awkward consequences that puts Kazuma and his guild into more trouble.

Of all these adventure moments, I think the most iconical is the battle against the giant toads, in which either Aqua or Megumin end up being swallowed and bathed in… toad drool? Because of their stupidity, and then Kazuma have to save them.

(photo of the big, bad toads)

And how can you forget the moments of Darkness being Darkness.

(some photos of our beloved masochist paladin)

And this one…

Seriously, every comedid moment is better than the previous one, and that really surprised oof how many great idead the author got in terms of comedy.

But what really surprised me is the fantastic animation done by Studio Deen, who, unfortunately, have the dubious honor of making an anime adaptation of Pupa, one of the worst, most disgusting anime I have ever seen. But I will talk about it eventually. And the more he pretended Nanatsu no Taizai: The Wrath of the Gods exist, the better.

Seriously, who has the idiot who suggested replacing blood for milk?

(scene for Seven Deadly Sins)

And I absolutely love Nanatsu no Taizai. Hail A-1 Pictures! But the Wrath of the Gods was simply trash.

Anyway, the story of Konosuba is basically disconnect yourself from tension and enjoy watching likeable idiots doing that, and resolving situations with the best fashion. It is really hard to describe unless you watch the episodes yourself, because every moment is so hilarious, so original you better experience it by watching the episodes.

Also, the rhythm is so natural that you end upr inmerse in the comedy straight away. And the thing is that Konosuba knows when to go fast, and when to slow down, giving us the opportunity to know our characters, enjoy their misadventures and enjoy a very good isekai in the fullest.

Konosuba is simply one of the best isekai you can ever watch.

CHARACTERS

As I mentioned before, the characters of Konosuba are as hysterical as the story. All the group of Kazuma is so likeable and oafish you, surprisingly enough, you want to be part of their misadventures, and every one adds up to both the comedy and the story in their own way. Aqua being stupid, to the point of being too dumb to live, Kazuma being sleazy and perverted with slected moments of badassery, Darkness making us laugh with the masochism.

One interesting fact. Did you know that Ai Kayano also voiced Alice Zuberg from Sword Art Online: Alicization?

Man! When I watch them together, I find hard to believe they have performed by the same seiyuu.

(photos of Alice and Darkness)

And, after watching Megumin, I understand why she is the most popular character of Konosuba. All of the characters are original and memorable, but Megumin really stands out due to her quirkness, her catchy phrases, her design and her contagious devotion to the Explosion Magic.

(Megumin)

And she is very exaggerated about her personality that I want to become by her, making her so popular.

Nonetheless, I have to admit Aqua can be really annoying, especially of her spoiled rotten attitude and her constant whining.

For the rest, all the cast is pretty good. And there is another character that I enjoy a lot, but I will talk about her later.

(Yunyun)

CONCLUSION

Overall, the first season of Konosuba is amazing, in all the elements. No wonder why is this comedy isekai is pretty popular and well-loved.

And I will later talk about the second season. And I apologize for having to lavea now, so that is why I will leave with an…

EXPLOSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(photo of Explosion)

See you later on the second season of Konosuba.

JAINITUOS TRAILER REVIEWS – NEW GENSHIN IMPACT ANIME BY UFOTABLE – MY OWN IMPRESSIONS

New Genshin Impact trailer

Studio: Ufotable

Genre: Fantasy, Adventure

Hello my friends, Welcome to another entry of my blog.

Today… I want to do something different, because I was surfing, for news, material and just a bit of inspiration for writing new stories and entry blogs… A lot of things, when I suddenly saw in the anime news than event that really surprised me, and that is Ufotable, yes… our beloved studio famous for making living classic like Demon Slayer and the most of the Fate franchise anime, is making an anime of absolutely one of the most famous online games so far. Naturally I am talking about…

So I will do it is just tell you what is going on in the trailer, then I will express my thoughts regarding the idea of an anime of Genshin Impact, and then I will give my conclusions about the concept, because it is really worth it.

But before I commence, I must ask the typical question:

Are you guys ok? Feeling healthy?

If the answer is yes, then I am very happy.

TRAILER

Now, I want to tell you that I am not going to give any spoilers about Genshin Impact. Well, despite being familiar with some of its characters, and crazy about Mona Megistus, I have never ever played Genshin Impact, because I already use Steam, and because of the games I play, I spent too many hours of my day, even more than the ones I wanted to use on gaming. And for me that is a problem, because I want to play Genshin Impact, but… what if I become obsessed?

(Ironically that makes me ask myself…. what is wrong with that?)

(sigh) Never mind. My point is that I love the concept of Genshin Impact, and the trailer, of shall I say teaser, is very basic, so there is nothing to spoil. Having said that, let’s continue.

Firstly, the trailer starts with the night sky, possibly as a reference to the origins of both Lumine and Aether, and then we see the appearance of the logos of both Ufotable and HoYoVerse, who, for those do not know, is the company that created Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact 3rd. Also… HoYoVerse is based on Shanghai, China.

Be honest… Do you thought they are Japanese? Eh?

Shortly afterwards, we past through a forest, in which at first doesn’t seen to be so much to show, but then… we see our beloved partner…

PAIMON… who, my goddess… Is incredibly cute!!! KAWAII!!! And, if you notice the face of Paimon, you will immediately see that this animation was indeed done by Ufotable, sometimes that the Fate anime fans, myself including, will cherish straight away. Now, Paimon guides us through the forest, and then, we see one minute of amazingly beautiful landscapes of Teyvat, mostly they are waterfalls, mountains, forests, and other territories. I will asume that some belong to Mondstadt, others to Liyue Harbour, and the statue most likely belongs to Inazuma, the Nation of Eternity.

I apologise for being so short in my words, but like I said, I never played Genshin Impact, so I barely recognise anything of Teyvat.

Finally, we got a shot of both Aether and Lumine, holding hands and looking ahead, as if they were saying We are ready for adventure.

Then the trailer delight us with a tracking shot of the beautiful landscapes of Teyvat, ending with the logo of our beloved story, saying…

«HoYoverse x Ufotable

Long-Term Project Launch

Let’s step into this vast Magical World of adventure together!«

And the trailer ends.

MY THOUGHTS

Now. I must confess you, people, that I was not expecting an anime of Genshin Impact. Why you ask? I… don’t really know, especially if we keep in mind that this game is incredibly in both China, Japan and the rest of the world, and also because right now the Japanese studios are expanding abroad and adapting stories like Tower of God, The God of Highschool and the upcoming Solo Leveling, all based in South Korean manhwa.

So it was a matter of time that an anime of Genshin Impact will come soon to us. I guess that I was sceptical, because China recently was making some changes to the game, one of them changing the costume of Mona Megistus, from the blue leotard to the Pact of Sun and Moon costume, being the only one available to Chinese servers.

Art by Maica Sunahara

Of course, she does not look bad, but I was thinking that perhaps China did not want to outsource the licence Genshin Impact has become, mostly due to profits. Anyway. Now that I see that they will be anime, I am overhyped, I think the anime of Chainsaw Man, and the second part of Spy X Family have created on me a hype this powerful.

What I can I say about the animation?

I expected no less from Ufotable. During the last decade, Ufotable has become one of my favourite anime studios, along with A-1 Pictures, MAPPA, Wit Studio, and Bones among others. And despite this trailer is very basic, you will be delight with the beautiful landscapes and the waterfall, which is the best from everything, and… I don’t think they choose a better studio for an anime version of Genshin Impact.

I saw that some people in YouTube disappointed that Ufotable was producing this instead of going back to the Fate franchise, but I ask… What else do they need to produce at this point regarding Fate? Any other story from Fate/Grand Order? I am not against that, but I think Ufotable deserves a break from Fate and try to do something different, along with Demon Slayer.

Now… My last question. If this going to be a prequel of Genshin Impact? A sequel? What is going to be? Because I think the story of the game is kind of self-contained. And yes, I said that I never played the game, but I also said that I am more or less familiar with the concept.

One thing is for sure… Something big is coming for Genshin Impact, and I will be there for check it out and do my review.

As a matter of fact… I can start playing Genshin Impact in my IPad.

CONCLUSION

And there you go. This idea looks interesting, and I hope that Ufotable gives us something funny, entertaining and poignant for Genshin Impact. Like I said, I am overhyped, I hope that most of you are too.

If you want to check the trailer of Genshin Impact, I will leave the link here.

Enjoy my friends.

And before, I will also leave you with what everything wants to see… Galleries of Astrologist Mona Megistus.

And I will say it again… Mona has the best ass in all Genshin Impact!!!

See you soon.

JAINITUOS ANIME REVIEWS – THE MAID I HIRED IS MYSTERIOUS – MY FIRST IMPRESSIONS

The Maid I hired is Mysterious

Genre: Romantic Comedy

Studio: Silver Link

Hello my friends. Welcome to another entry of my blog.

It is been a long time since I wrote my last review of Ya Boy Kongming!, but now I have again watch really good anime on this season, and I am more than happy to bring it to you. Once more, the title says it all.

Almost one year ago, I reviewed a series called The great Jahy Will not be defeated.

Which personally I found entertaining and hilarious for the most part. Well, turns out that this season another anime was released by the same author, Wakame Konbu, which is also a comedy and has another gorgeous dark-skinned female as a protagonist. My type.

Now, behold…

But before I start with this review, I must ask you my friends, the typical question:

Are you guys? Feeling healthy?

If the answer is yes, then I am very happy. And now, with no more introduction, let’s start with The Maid I Hired is Mysterious.

PREMISE

Based on the mange written and illustrated by Wakame Konbu, as I said, the same one from The Great Jahy Will not be Defeated, The Maid I hired is Mysterious (最近雇ったメイドが怪しい, or Saikin Yatotta Meido ga Ayashii), tells the story of Yuuri, the owner of a large mansion who recently lost both of his parents; due to him not having a lot of inheritance, Yuuri is forced to fire his maids and butler, and therefore, he must also live for himself. The problem is that he is, in nice words… a disaster. He is bad at cooking, doing laundry and cleaning, being force to eat noodles.

But one day, a young mysterious, but well-endowed, dark-skinned maid, which he learn is called Lilith, comes abruptly and asks Yuuri to hire her. Lilith does not ask for income or any payment, just for her to live with Yuuri. Despite his doubts, Yuuri hires her. To his surprise, Lilith is a fantastic maid. She is a great cook, she cleans fantastic, and leave the clothes brand new with her laundry. However, Yuuri is convinced she is up to something, and he will «find out» her true intentions. For there, he see a lot of comical situations from the interactions between Yuuri and Lilith.

One thing is for sure… Lilith is gorgeous.

Hail the dark-skinned anime characters!!!!

Anyway. The Maid I Hired is Mysterious was released by Silver Link, famous for anime adaptations like My Next Life As a Villainess, Masamune-kun’s Revenge, Kokoro Connect, and The Great Jahy itself. The anime adaptation was released last July 24, and I think it will be 12 episodes. But I will have the answer… later.

By the way, The Maid I Hired has fantastic cast, including Rie Takahashi as Lilith, and the seiyuu Goddess as Yuuri. Who you ask? Well… None other than Saori Hayami.

Before I forget, Wakame Konbu started The maid I Hired as a webcomic, in 2019, and then, it began regular publication on January 2020, at the Monthly Gangan Joker magazine, for a total of five volumes.

The series is available at Crunchyroll.

STORY

I think the story is exactly what you are thinking about. It is a romantic comedy in which two protagonist go through very particular situations, often with hilarious results and a good sense of entertainment. Simple as that. Nothing more and nothing less. I know I am saying this as it was a bad series. And no. The Maid I hired is Mysterious is not a bad story, it is simply want to tell the story of this two.

All of it with an atmosphere of feel-good and comedy, just for the sake of entertain, especially when Yuuri is always meeting that Lilith has mysterious intentions, when all what is happening with him is… something else. And we all agree with that.

As as matter of fact, if you enjoyed Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid

…you will definitely enjoy The Maid I Hired is Mysterious.

Speaking of Miss Kobayashi’s, I think that The Maid I Hired shares a common element with the former. The animation is simple, yet engaging. Of course it is not MAPPA studio or Ufotable, but it has great balance in colours, especially when the scene takes place at night. Ok. I am not an expert in animation, but when the art shines, it helps the story.

Or when Yuuri begins pointing at Lilith’s secretism.

I am aware that this can become very annoying for those who expect a more dynamic plot, or fights with solid animation like with Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, or Jujustu Kaisen. But I do not have any trouble with this rhythm.

Nonetheless, when Lilith becomes flirtatious, that cracked me a smile.

And of course… it made my heart pound.

Anyway, do not expect anything so ambitious or fast-paced for that matter. As I said, if you enjoy Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid, in both story and animation, you will definitely enjoy the story of The Maid I Hired is Mysterious.

My only concern is that perhaps in the upcoming episode, it can become a bit predictable and slow. Let’s hope not.

CHARACTERS

So far, the only characters are Lilith and Yuuri. And I haven’t read the manga, but I know there will be more characters, including Natsume, a former colleague of Lilith from her former employer; Tsukasa Gojouin, one partner from Yuuri’s school, and Fujisaki, the women butler fo Tsukasa.

On one hand, the descriptions of Yuuri and Lilith are really straight-forward – Yuuri is the head of a big mansion who lost his parents, he tries to be independent, self-reliant and strong willed; in other words, he wants to. become an adult. And Lilith is a beautiful maid who just came to serve Yuuri for some mysterious reason. Despite not being precisely very profound characters, at least so far, I find them compelling enough, and like with Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid, these two will become closer as Lilith helps Yuuri to become better and grow up as a man.

Just look at this lovely two being together. Especially Yuuri, he indeed loves Lilith.

And… what the heck? Lilith is sexy as hell. And now… I will bring more sweet images of her, from Wakame Konbu herself.

Enjoy.

After this… I feel like I want to hire Lilith now.

CONCLUSION

The Maid I Hired is Mysterious might not be the most compelling romantic comedy featuring a maid and her employer, especially if we compare with Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid, but it is a very hilarious story that can absolutely keep you entertained for the time you watch the show. Just sit down, get a drink, relax, and enjoy this first chemistry of Yuuri and Lilith.

Please, do it for me.

Because now, I am going to summon my own dark-skinned maid. Let’s see if this time it works.

And…

F%^%K!!! CR&P!!!! SH^&&^*T!!!! My head!!!
